Big Books & Little Cooks

Read it, make it, eat it! Our favorite books come to life as we create original recipes inspired by the stories. Children will see and eat their way through these stories to satisfy their hunger and increase phonics and literacy skills. Join our bookworm friends as we nourish our bodies and minds in a whole new way!

Brain Games - Math Games and More

GRADE LEVEL: Students entering 2nd-4th Grade in the Fall of 2025

In Math games and More, students will enjoy a fun–filled summer with a mix of classic board games and outdoor activities that promote critical thinking, teamwork, and math skills. Kids will explore strategy–based games to enhance focus and patience, while also participating in math skill games to reinforce math skills they learned throughout the year.

Chill and Thrill: Relaxation Adventures

GRADE LEVEL: Students entering 1st-4th Grade in Fall of 2025

Ready for a fun journey into relaxation? Chill & Thrill: Relaxation Adventures is a class for grades 2-4. Through exciting activities like yoga, coloring, puzzles, and more, you will discover ways to stay cool, calm, and collected no matter what life throws your way. We will work on relaxing our mind, boosting our mood, and feeling more confident when things get rough. Come along and find your chill while having a blast!

Concert FEST

GRADE LEVEL: Students entering 1st-4th Grade in Fall of 2025

Period: 3

Class Fee $15
"Shake It Off" and "Dance the Night Away" at Concert Fest. If your child likes to dance and craft this is the class for them! For example, they will be making friendship bracelets, show off their dance moves and sing along with their favorite Pop Stars.

Craft Studio

GRADE LEVEL: Students entering 1st-3rd Grade in the Fall of 2025

Class Fee $20

Your young artist will be designing creative work while using a variety of materials. Students will use felt, beads, paper, foam, and much more to make art to show and possibly wear. Time to create and show off your artistic talents.

Elementary STEM Challenge

GRADE LEVEL: Students entering 1st-3rd Grade in Fall of 2025

Period: 1

Class Fee $10

Are you ready for a challenge? You will be given a daily challenge to develop a plan, construct, test, and rethink your designs before the final challenge. We will use a variety of materials to build and create! The possibilities are endless!

Exploring Under the Sea

GRADE LEVEL: Students entering 1st-3rd Grade in Fall of 2025

Period: 3

Class Fee $12.00

Dive in and explore the sea's mysteries through arts and crafts, books, games, and more!! Discover the amazing species of unique plants and animals that live in the ocean. Learn how humans have impacted our world’s waterways and how we can make a difference. Students will create booklets and brochures to keep track of all the new facts and information they learn about these unique species!

Fun in the Sun

GRADE LEVEL: Students entering 1st-3rd Grade in the Fall of 2025

Enjoy a wide variety of outdoor activities in Fun in the Sun. We will spend the majority of our time playing softball, kickball, capture the flag, tag games, and much more! Bring sunscreen and a water bottle and get your exercise playing fun games and soaking up the sun of the summer.

 

LEGOS: Master Builders

GRADE LEVEL: Students entering 1st-3rd, 2nd-4th Grade in the Fall of 2025

Do you love Legos? if you're a great Lego builder or first timer, this is the class for you. Build Lego sculptures as a team or let your imagination run wild as you create your own masterpiece. Lets take our creativity to the next level together with Legos!

Little Picassos

Using a variety of materials and engaging hands-on techniques, students will explore the wide world of art.  Artists of all abilities will have the opportunity to let their imaginations run free in an environment that focuses on creativity and fun!​

Ocean Life

GRADE LEVEL: Students entering 2nd-4th Grade in the Fall of 2025

Period: 2

Class Fee $15

Can an octopus open a jar of peanut butter? How old can sea turtles really be? Does the largest living mammal really live in the ocean? Do all sharks eat fish? All these questions will be answered and more in Ocean Life! Dive into this class and learn all about the big blue ocean and it’s marine life! We will talk about the fish, mammals and many other animals that call this wet place home. We will even go into the deep dark abyss and see the crazy creatures there! We will also discuss how to help keep our oceans healthy and clean! Take a swim with us, create art for each ocean topic we discuss and have a splash of a good time in Ocean Life!

Outdoor Field Sports

Enjoy learning outside playing a vast array of games such as; Capture the Flag, Frisbee Golf, Whiffle Ball, Golf swing basics, Outdoor Basketball, football and more. On a rainy day, enjoy movies and a snack.​

Get ready for a fun-filled time of challenges and brain-busting fun in Puzzle Power Hour! This class is perfect for grades 2-4, where you'll dive into all kinds of exciting puzzles and brain teasers. If you love figuring out riddles, putting together jigsaw puzzles, solving fun challenges with friends, and more, then this class is for you! Come power up your brain and unlock the world of puzzles with us.

Reading Skills

Our Elementary Summer School Reading Support Class is designed to provide focused help for students who need extra practice to strengthen their reading skills. This class offers a supportive, encouraging environment where students can improve their reading abilities, build confidence, and develop a love for learning. The course is tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, helping them become more fluent, confident readers.

Storybook STEM

Let’s have fun combining favorite storybooks with STEM! Each day we will start with a new read aloud. We will become inspired by storybooks and help design solutions to problems faced by some of your favorite characters. Get ready to use tons of creativity and become young engineers!

Special Education Reading and Math

GRADE LEVEL: Students entering 1st-4th Grade in Fall of 2025

Period: 3 

Class Fee $5.00

Students enrolled are recommended by their special education teacher. Small group instruction that targets IEP goals in reading and math is meant to maintain skills gained during the school year. Some support is available for general education classes.

Superhero Adventures

It’s a bird! It’s a plane! No… It’s kids having “out-of-this-world” fun at summer school!!! Do you like superheroes? Do you like to be creative? In this class you will develop your own superpowers and design your super costume! You and your super friends will create secret identities while studying a variety of popular superheroes. We will have tons of fun while strengthening reading and writing skills. Come join in the adventure!

Tech Time Out

The Royal Party

Yoga, Mindfulness and Sunshine

GRADE LEVEL: Students entering 1st-4th Grade in the Fall of 2025

Period: 2

Class Fee $22

​Learn how to be a healthier you! Stretch your body, improve your balance, and have fun practicing yoga and mindfulness all in the sunshine! In this class, we will be learning new yoga poses, mindfulness basics, and spending time outside in the sunshine, all while building attention span, self-control, and compassion. Yoga mats will be provided and taken home at the end of the session.
